I am a climatologist and hydrologist (nearly 10 years of experience), who have worked and done research in climate and water management using data science and hydrological modelling. I am specialized on using satellite and reanalysis data to analyse ocean-atmospheric dynamics and its impacts on hydrological systems. My skills include distributed modelling and satellite data analysis. I have completed a multiyear research project with high-impact project deliverables and communicated its insights to stakeholders. I am interested in doing research in the fields of renewable energy variability, hydrological extremes and water scarcity (decision support systems), and eco-hydrology. I use statistical and ML techniques such as: LASSO regression, CCA, PCA, geostatistics and statistical timeseries analysis. I am proactive, enjoy learning and am eager to engage with other topic professionals. | Ph. |
